If you are Hrothgar’s Chill with Master’s Ice Staff and Frost Clench means you’d have a guaranteed immobilize, which would proc Hrothgar, applying chilled to everyone, and Frostbite would buff your damage to those chilled enemies along with the bonus 600 spell damage from Master’s!
