Virgin media keeps disconnecting 2021 Any ideas? Aug 28, 2024 · Hi all, last week we re joined Virgin broadband from Sky Superfast. I have tried multiple cables, ones I know are ok, with them plugged into switches and directly to my Hub 4 router. Keep getting damp / mould around windows and the Broadband keeps disconnecting Tonight around 22:30 my broadband kept disconnecting. I called Google WiFi support, they got me to factory reset the entire Google WiFi network and recreate it from scratch, issue still happens. I have restarted the router, placed it somewhere where no electronic devices are. The only way to sort it is a reboot.
