Warcraft 3 dropped due to desync So i try to completly delete data from Document where W3 saves downloaded maps and etc. Essentially, you have to restart wc3 in-between games or else you desync and drop. Yea I will have no problem if it happened like beginning of the game. This did not use to happen before Reforged, so something must have been changed. I honestly have hit the point where I just stare at the custom games screen not wanting to join a game because of the fear I’ll just get dropped, or half of the other players will. Desyncs can be caused from certain functions being used incorrectly, which is explained a lot on mapmaking sites. It’s really gnarly, I can not fix it. It is so extremely frustrating, this only seems to happen when the game is about to end, costing you a win. This is an individual desync, where one specific user just exits the game.
